Definition of the Company Organizational Structure: Human Time® allows the creation of an hierarchical structure, (different levels and cost centers) for each of the companies defined in the system. There are no limits to the amount of levels and cost centers to identify for each company, offering the necessary flexibility for the formulation of reports and consults required by the different levels of the organization.

- Schedules Planning: Human Time® uses a graphical tool that is highly user-friendly and intuitive for all types of schedules planning. Schedules can be defined per company, per employee or groups of employees.
These schedules can have the following characteristics:
